“Floor mats where places back in my truck with loose sand and dirt and this also caused it to get in my carpet. The front floor mat had mud on it and the front drivers side and back seat mats where just thrown in. This was my first time to use your service and I'm not really pleased. I called yesterday and left a message and no one had bothered to return my call.”

“I received a notification that my service was complete before it was actually completed - the basic car wash took another hour or so from the time I received the notification. I selected cash payment but my card was still charged for the service. Fortunately, the error was corrected promptly when I called in to ask about the credit card charge. ”
