“First time use of this service. Tech. was friendly. However, timing was off. stated service requested would be est. 2-3 hrs but took almost 5. I was off work at 330pm Tech had started service around 10 & I had to wait until a little after 4pm to have service completed. End result, not as expected for 5 hr. process. TY”
