“Initially, I was very pleased with the job. I could tell that my technician really did an excellent job on my interior; It was overcast and I could tell it would rain; however, I was selling the car so needed it done stat! I emphasized that I wanted him to mainly attend to the inside, but also said I wanted the exterior done also as I had purchased the more expensive package. I was led to believe there would be more than one technician here to complete the job well, but there was one guy only, and I guess he didn’t have time to do my exterior. Consequently, the only thing completed on my car were the carpets and floor. It wasn’t even wiped down completely and I didn’t have any of the other services that i’d paid for! I don’t think this job should have costed me $200 dollars, and I was highly embarrassed to present a car that still had dirt , debris, and leaves still stuck on it.”

“Technician was great! Arrived on time and seemed to take his time with my car. It looked and smelled great when he was done. I'm not sure however if the rear trunk area had been shampooed like the package said it would be. Everything still looked great. I appreciate all of his hard work!”
