“There was some minor damage to the clearcoat that supposedly could not be repaired as part of the detail. The gentleman who did the repair, who was really quite good and very nice, promise to get back to me by Friday with a vendor that could repair the issue. It’s now past Friday and I haven’t heard back from him. Possibly your team can jog his memory as I would like to get it done.”
