“I gave a 4 because at about $200 I thought the Trunk would've been vacuumed and I believe the 189 level said it would be shampooed and the seal cleaned none of which happened. It's my bad that I didn't check while Joseph was still here though. I also would've expected the top of the rear bumper to have been washed and waxed also.”

“What was done, was done well. However they did not open the trunk to vacuum or wipe down anything in that area. Trunk was left untouched. Also neglected to open a small center console and vacuum it out (5 second job). Operator was friendly, polite, and worked hard just missed a few details. Your prices are higher than most in the area but considering the at home service and convenience of a next day appointment it was worth it; however, details matter in a detailing business and missing an entire compartment is not good. In fairness the operator asked if I saw anything he missed or if there was anything else he could do, and I did not open the trunk otherwise I am sure he would have taken care of it. I only found it the next day and then had to break out my shop vac and cleaning rags to finish the job. After paying $339 for the Titanium service that was a little frustrating.”
