“For 10 year old car looks almost brand new technician did an amazing job.”

“My appointment was scheduled for 8-11 am. I received a text message from cardetailing.com that stated my technician would be here at 8:00 am. I then received a call from my technician asking if I wanted to reschedule because of the rain. And when I said I didn’t, he asked if I was sure that I didn’t want to reschedule. I had already waited almost a month for that appointment, so, no, I didn’t want to reschedule. He got there around 9:30, which is not 8:00. He told me he would call me when he was finished, which he did. Since the service had already been paid for, he asked if he needed to wait for me or if he could just go. I told him to go. So, basically this technician didn’t want to come and then couldn’t wait to leave. And, it showed in his work. When I went out to look at my vehicle, he had done a nice job cleaning it. However, there was still some spots that he missed with the vacuum between my seats. If I were paying for this service, I would have made him come back. ”

“Everything went very smoothly. He arrived on time, did a great job, and was very nice.”

“After the tech left if found that the bed of my truck had not been washed out. I did not expect it to be scrubbed but at least a rince out. I have a lid on the truck bed but it was unlocked and he did have the key. I just think for $495 the truck bed should have been rinced out at least. However, over all the truck looks great and the tech was very professional and friendly. I will recommend your company to others. ”

“The guys did a great job, however you are pricing yourself out of business here. A $20 increase in my regular service is way too much. You had the market locked up here with your previous pricing, but now you are just as much as anyone else. ”
