“The car service was visually appealing, but once looking into the detail, it was very unprofessional. Upon receiving the car, the seats and interior were still wet. Also I believe there may have been some water damage in the interior of the vehicle. My doors do not lock all the time, and occasionally my car doesn't detect my key and remains beeping when when the key is not in the ignition. Very friendly staff, but not very pleased with the service. ”

“They did a great job and were very professional..There were a few mud stains they were unable to remove from a floor mat..but the vehicle smelled good and was very nice and clean on the inside. I would have them come again .”

“I'm not sure why there's an option to select an appointment time as both times I've scheduled my vehicle, it wasn't completed during the time I selected. I love the idea of having the appointment slot, but your employees need to be on time and wash vehicles in order.”

“Upon first inspection, everything looked good. Later, while driving home, I noticed lots of little areas that were missed. I understand I didn't pay for the crazy expensive detail, but certainly wish he would have hit it with a rag quickly.”

“A couple of spots on my wheels were not clean and the interior of my front windshield was not to my satisfaction. Too many streaks. I couldn't notice the window until this am when I started to drive. Very nice person nonetheless. Also please make sure that when they drop their towels on the ground they DO NOT use them to dry cars. It scratches the finish. ”
