“You changed my arrival time to 2 hours after what I scheduled, which wasn’t the end of the world. But my car wasn’t cleaned thoroughly and that is unacceptable any time, but especially for the price charged! One final insult to injury… The Gatorade bottle I gave the guy who came was left empty on my driveway before he left. All in all, not the experience I was hoping for!”

“they didn’t know what they were doing, left marks all over my 28 foot RV. did not even wash it just dry waxed leaving marks all over my RV. dry rubbed buff mark’s that will not come out. will never recommend or even use your company again ”

“I sent you all an email itemizing all the first technician missed with a few pictures You send a second technician and he too did not get most of the things the first technician missed. While I appreciate the effort of sending a second person, they too were not able to do what your website says they will do. I hope going forward, your company puts as much effort into training your techs as you have into your online technology, reservation system, and customer service personnel because you have excelled at those parts of your business model.”
