“I paid for your platinum detailing package, but I don’t think the technician was told to do the following parts of the service: -Complete outside wash -clean interior and exterior windows -Clay prep all painted surfaces to remove harmful contaminants -Apply high quality wax by hand to all painted surfaces He did an OK job on the interior, but the exterior looks the same. In fact I’m not sure if he cleaned the exterior because there is dust and pollen still on the windows and windshields. What was he doing for three hours? I made sure that the car was relatively clean before he started so that he could focus on the details, but I ended up having to go back and clean a bunch of different spots that weren’t cleaned or even wiped. I think all he did was shampoo the carpets, seats, wipe the dashboard, cupholders and clean the engine bay. Maybe the technician wasn’t told that I upgraded from the gold package to the platinum on the day of purchase.”
