“The interior looks pretty good...but the outside still had many spots of dirt on the car. Also some sap on the hood that I expected to be removed. The appt. was late in the day and it became dark during the process so would suggest to not book appt. that late in the day. Thank you.”

“It would have been a 5 if he hadn't failed to wash the back window. Has many little fingerprints and large smudges. Very polite and friendly, got here early, which was fine. Think he could come back and do the rear window? I just can't seem to get it clean.”
