“NOTHING was put back where it was and I had to search for things like our handicap tags. They left a pile of garbage on the sidewalk when a garbage can was about 25 feet away. AND they insisted on a $32 upcharge for pet hair because they saw my 8 lb dog. There was NO pet hair in the car because he doesn't go in the car. They did a pretty good job of cleaning the car using MY electricity and water, but overall very disappointed.”

“Excellent work. Only improvement could better better notice on arrival time (wasn't any notice) and price was more than quoted though I assume that was because work was more involved. ”
