“The service tech did not dry the areas with all soors opened, I had to. He didnt clean my sun roof. My car was only dirty on the outside and the inside weather tech mats. He washed the mays but did not spray them to look black again or shiny until I asked him to do it. I have no pets. When he first arrived he informed me of an additional charge of 20 percent for the tip. Tip should be determined by the quality of the job done. Then when finished told me tax wpyld be added. You should TELL tour customers on line about the automatic 20 percent tip and tax. I will NOT recommend you to anyone and I will never use you again. Too expensive and I am 64 years old with an injured neck and I do a better job!”
