“My car had water spots all around and it didn’t appear waxed. The young man was very nice and even went over the car a second time with a product he stated was the wax used, but the product was horrible. It did nothing to make the car look better. When I mentioned the water spots the young man stated that was due to sprinklers and required other work to get that off. However, I’ve taken it to other car washes and have never had this issue. I don’t even park near sprinklers. It appeared as if he just didn’t dry the car on time which caused the water spots. For $229 I expected a much better finish. My car has looked a lot nicer when I’ve taken it to a hand car wash and I pay $20 for that job. Sorry, but I will never do business with you guys again. Way too expensive for a bad job. The young man was very kind, but you can tell he wasn’t very experienced. He didn’t even know what package I got or what the job entailed. It definitely wasn't worth the money I paid. ”

“I had tar from the road kicked up on my car. Tech went to autozone to get thinner to get it off which i am appreciative of, but there is a yellow tint to my car from the thinner on all 4 doors and rear fenders. Also chipped left rear fender paint from removing tar. Car needs to be re cleaned to remove yellow tint.”
