“I was expecting a soap and water wash with a brush and a paste wax rubbed in by hand or machine. What I received was no wash and a spray wax rubbed in with a lot spots that weren’t clean. I asked about those spots and was told they were stains that couldn’t be cleaned. After they left I tried some polishing compound and the spots cleaned just fine. They also knocked off a lot of plastic trim and didn’t tell me. I’m very unhappy about spending so much money for an inferior job. Dave Signorotti ”
