“I wish there were more attention to detail wiping down excess overspray inside and out. Had to have technician wipe away excess wax and overspray throughout and had an issue with dirty door jambs, overspray on rims. I'd like a re-do on headlight restoration, only had one headlight that needed attention and not satisfied with results. Paid a lot of money expecting a quality detail, and felt uncomfortable pointing out all the dirt inside door jambs. I just don't think it was worth the money I spent on this detail when I have to wipe away all the overspray on interior surfaces and rims. Really would like a redo outside with careful dressing applications ”

“I personally haven’t seen it yet but my brother watched them and said they spent over 2 hours working (2 men). He said they took out all the seats and steam-cleaned the entire interior. He also said they were on their knees getting any possible hiding place for dirt. My only problem is it sounds too clean to use! ”

“While the technician was friendly and professional, he was 1 1/2 late for my requested time. He did a great job on the interior except for streaks on the windshield and windows. As for the exterior, there were a large areas where he did not rub in the spray wax. i had to do it when i got home. The roof of the car had a film over a large area that i also had to wipe off myself. ”
