“The package of detailing should have been top notch. He did not have the items to do all the job. Detailed carpet vacuum was need for around seats. He didnt do that. Forgot the back cargo area. I sent in pics for coating the hood. That was not told to me u can't get done. The cup holders had sticky stuff in bottom. He said yea that was hard to get up. He didn't. He had no cards or something when arrived to tell me he was with you. His van looked worse then the car. I was actually nervous. The waxing inside and out was overkill. It needed to be wiped so I had him do that over and showed him other places to wipe down and vacuume. He used his hands to get the rest of crumbs off floor. Cargo area sidewalls I had to ask to be done and the roof of the cargo area. ”

“Your service is horrendous. Absolutely terrible communication. I specifically asked to be billed for one of the two cars that were detailed. I left my card info. It was my gift to my daughter. They billed her for both cars and to add insult to injury didn’t include the 15% discount for all the problems we had. So they overcharged her. How on earth do you stay in business?”

“The techs were right on time. Victor explained the window tinting process to my satisfaction. He explained the air bubbles underneath the film that should disappear after 48 hours. It has been only one day, so hopefully within a day or two the bubbles will have all dissipated. Otherwise, the tint looks good.

“Rescheduled, this was not an issue as things happen. Was told they would start on the next date at 8am as I was first on schedule. Showed up at 9:45. Everything in the truck was removed for cleaning and 4 compartments were not cleaned or mats raised to be cleaned under. I was expecting a cleaning the quality of a detail shop and feel like I could have done as good of a job myself. Not worth the money.”

“This was the worst experience in dealing with a company ever. I booked an appointment for Saturday May 7th. You cancelled it. Someone was then supposed to come Monday May 9th. The technician called and said he would arrive at 1:30pm. He never showed up and even your customer service center couldn’t track him down. You rescheduled for today Wednesday May 11th. The technician’s said they would arrive at 3pm and showed up at 3:20pm. I entered my credit card number into a link sent to me as it was a gift to my daughter. She ended up paying for two cars. We also had her husband’s car detailed. It appears I was billed and we ended up paying for three cars and I specifically asked to pay my daughter’s bill as it was a gift. She ended up paying for the two cars against my wishes. The worst communication and you over billed us.”
