“The tech who came to my home wasn't prepared to do the work at all that I wanted. When he got to my home I asked what all he was going to do to my vehicle so we were both on the same page. I asked about the clay bar treatment he stated he was not trained on how to do that. So I asked if there was going to be some sort of discount since he was not going to provide those services. He said he would have to call his boss. I then asked about the engine bay and how he would clean that area. He said that he was not aware or knew how to clean that area. At this point I was very dissatisfied and wanted to cancel the entire appointment but i still let him do it. As he was detailing the interior he was missing places such as the 2 pockets behind the driver and passenger side seats. When he was almost done I looked in there and it was still dirt inside. My carpets and seats were NEVER shampooed. I asked if he was going to shampoo the carpet snd he said he sprayed some chemical in a few squirts on the dirt spots and scrubbed the dirty those spots and then vaccumed the little spot up. I wanted my entire carpets shampooed along with my seats, not spot cleaned with a brush in certain areas he saw fit. When he was completely finished and packing up I noticed the tires had no dressing on them. I asked about the tire dressing and he said oh yeah I forgot about that. I then looked under the hood and it looked like he just took a rag and wiped down a few areas and that was it. It looked worse than when he started because he didnt know how to do it he just wiped half of it down with a rag and just smeared the dirt all over. Some areas looked clean while others were all smeared. I had to go down and check multiple times on him to make sure he was cleaning like he should and I was getting what I was paying for. Over all a horrible experience and definitely would not recommend services to anyone else. ”

“Arrival time was not accurate. First message gave one time, second message gave another time 75 minutes later, tech actually showed up 30 minutes after the second message’s estimate. Several dark dirt drips on car after tech left. Rest of car looks great!”
