“When I spoke to someone to get the service, (I have 2 vehicles F150 Ford crew cab and a 2018 750i BMW), I was told they would do evrything they could to remove smoke smell from the truck I just bought. I know it's a hard task, but I was assured that they would shampoo the carpet and head-liner. They did not! I was told that it wouls damage the headliner and the carpet to get too much water on it. he said they would just "spot clean" it. They did dampen the carpet, but missed one side. They also left crumbs in some pockets and did not wipe down the inside of the door edges and trunk on the BMW. Left a "greasy" (Armorall?) substance on the right rear floor mat. said he would give me a receipt. haven't seen that yet (24 hrs. later). Sorry, but all the misses could have taken 1/2 hr. more. ”

“I paid for wash and wax there was no wash.i had to tell him he needed to wipe under hood.he missed the back van windows completely.bug residue was still on back of rear view mirrors and top of van above windshield.bug residue on front windshield was still there but he did redo that and cleaned back windows after I said something.overall ok job but not worth 259.00. I just washed and vacuumed my vehicle yesterday so maybe he felt it was good, but my objective was to get all that bug residue off he did spot clean any spots but he did not steam clean all carpets and cloth seats.he did not clean all door jams.”
