“1. I WAS SHOCKED BY THE PRICE. I WAS NOT EXPECTING $89. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS A DISCOUNT. 2. My car, though has a 6 seat capacity, is considered a MINI , is a compact car. I spoke with the organizer of the event regarding this, as there was a large price difference in price. 3. The invoice states: Silver Package (SUV/Truck/Van) - 3-9 Vehicles." Why 3-9 vehicles? was this the GROUP 3-9 price? I knew it was a detailing, but did not know about different packages. At any rate, it was like a full in and out..... Car Wash. Yes, my car was very soiled. But I went through and got rid of all trash. I did lift the middle seats so the box below can be cleaned. They did, .... mostly, but left some stuff. they DID clean the front window of water spots, but the actual cleaning left large wipe streaks. Still there. Not sure if they're inside or out. All the side windows kept the water spots. Several other issues. I'd need to go and see and list them... . ”

“for the price of the service Tire dressing should have been applied to the tires the dash board was left streaky with areas you could see were not wiped.”

“They did a fantastic job! They spent a lot of time on the details, something I really appreciated! Some scratches I didn't think were able to buff out they were able to get! The only thing I didn't really like was that they were smoking with all of the vehicle doors open near by while another was touching up... one of my roommates is a smoker, so they may have seen his things and thought it was okay...”

“They were 30 mins late for the appointment but were able to do a detail on a second car as well at the same address so that was awesome. There were a few things I asked them to do again or touch up and they met every request. Car looks great overall, would reccomend to a friend.”
