“The detailer showed up after the window time. He called to let me know he'd arrive by 2pm but didn't show up until later. I had arrangements that day, so I had to leave my home without seeing him. I left my home at 2:30pm. Also, I received an email from cardetailing.com stating that certain services would be completed. For example, when I returned home that day, I asked the detailer if he was going to clean the windows inside. He said, "No". I showed him the portion of the agreement where it listed the services that would provided. The next day he texted me and asked for they keys so he could wash the windows inside. However, I was at work and couldn't leave to drop off the keys. I wasn't told that the job would take two days. Overall the detailer was able to get the RV looking great! I appreciate a job well done. However it cost me a lot of money and I feel the site was misleading. It was almost like the detailer was on his own time and did his own type of detailing. ”
