“had a service scheduled for between 10am-1pm. I got a text the technician is delayed he would be there at 1:30pm. Then another he would be there at 1:45pm. At 2:30pm I called because still no one was here and was told technician would be here at 3pm because the appointment before me added a car last minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. That appointment should in no way have taken precedence over my appointment. Their request to add a vehicle should have been politely declined. I had a doctors appointment I missed because based on the original time I had plenty of time (3 hours as listed on your website) to get to my appointment should he have showed up at 1 or even 1:30pm. I do not live in an area where you guys service and drove out of my way for the convenience of having a detail down same day and not wait weeks or months for an appointment with an actual shop. The quality itself is mediocre at best. Used you guys before and it wasn’t this bad. I used my nail to scratch off interior dirt immediately after the cleaning. There was still dust in the car. Windshield still dirty. Shame this was supposed to be a convenient service and it was everything but. I’d have been fine if the quality made up for it but the whole experience start to finish was disappointing. ”

“Valet Pro Detailing did a phenomenal job of detailing my SUV. I had very fine pet hair all over my interior and they took the time to remove every strand. I had tree sap and surface-level scratches that they were able to get out on the exterior. I will be recommending to my friends that get detailing services.”
