“The technician had trouble with card charge machine. He put the card thru twice and both times he said it didn't go thru. Since I am not familiar with those machines I had to take his word for it. He said he would check on it and call me when he got home. I have not heard from. I checked my bank and there is a double charge on my card. It is a holiday so I can't contact my bank. t”

“Arrival time was supposed to be 2 pm but was at 5:45! The detailing job itself was very good but the next day I had to have the car towed to Martin Cadillac as the car would not start. They checked the electrical system but ended up putting in a new battery. The doors were probably left open during the 3+ hours of detailing.”
