“ My appointment window was from 10 AM until noon. He showed up at 1 o'clock. Then I was told there were "up charges" for dog hair and cleaning stains on seats. I thought the whole point of getting a car "detailed" was to get a "detailed" cleaning. The dog hair wasn't over the top, nor were the stains. I would like to send you a picture of the windows. The pics would give you a clear indication of the detail of the clean. I paid him before he was finished because I'm a teacher and after noon it was hard to get back out there. I also gave him a $10 tip. That's why the noon deadline was important. When I walked out to my car my emergency lights were blinking, which is not a huge deal. That could happen to anyone. I will try to see if there is a way I can attach the window pics to this survey. Perhaps this was an anomaly and you guys normally do a better job. Unfortunately, I won't be using you anymore. Thanks. ”
