“The time frame I chose was 10-12 and they arrived at 12:45. I was informed at 11:30 that they were running late and would be there at 12:15... As far as the cleaning goes, they did a good job but we did notice some things that were missed such as crums on the carpet and dirt on the front bumper. This was my first time using this company and probably my last, which is very unfortunate because I haven't been able to find car detailing in my area that comes to you. I know I chose the budget clean option, but I expected more than this. ”

“Platinum package completed in 1:20 hours with 2 technicians. This level of detailing should at least take 2 hours. Car looks like a regular wash job with spray wash, wheels not thoroughly cleaned as expected for a Platinum package. Concerned that paid for Platinum and received regular quality. Will suggest to my network that if paying for premium service, to ensure they supervise the work so they get what they paid for. I’m a regular customer and this is the first service I receive of this quality.”
