“I am very pleased with this service. My technician arrived on time, and was very friendly. The website says that the platinum detailing service I purchased takes about 3 man hours to complete. This guy worked on my car for 3 hours and 45 minutes., My office overlooked where he was working, and I was amazed how hard he worked. He never took a break. And my car is beautiful. The attention to detail is stunning. I totally recommend this service. Also, I recommend tipping your technician, if they work as hard and do as good a job as mine did. I paid with a credit card, and it was the flat $209 they quoted, with no option for tipping. So they aren’t groveling for tips. Just do it out of the goodness of your heart. Overall just a great experience. ”

“I could not use my car for the rest of the day. Everything was very wet and I had to leave my windows rolled down to get it remotely dry. One floor mat was soaking wet and is still laying out in the sun to dry as we speak. I probably would not use this service again. ”

“It said that the service would be 3 person-hours, but the technician only worked for about an hour and 20 minutes. It definitely showed. There were several parts of the windows that weren't cleaned, and the center console was still really dirty. This definitely wasn't worth 239 dollars. I expected the car to be spotless!”
