“I was under the impression the cost was $159. An automatic tip of $15 was a bit much. The guy was 45 minutes late and that wasn’t a problem. He worked hard by himself, but the cost itself should be sufficient.”

“They did not come at the time scheduled. They did call with an excuse of a flat tire. But that was the time I had today for them to come. Ended up allowing them to come back at 3:00. They did finally do a good job.”

The second score is a 1 for the cardetailing.com ability to actually honor appts or even the ability to make an appointment without constant cancellation texts and emails. It was ridiculous how much effort it took to actually get the appointment.
