“Tracey arrived at the appointed time and after an inspection of the truck he got started. Periodically we would discuss certain aspects of what needed to be done then it happened. Although washed, waxed and the interior wiped down with an occasional spot cleaning of the carpet this eight year old beast had never been detailed. While Tracey kept commenting on how well it had been kept, I kept thinking how dirty it was. I could continue indefinably about how great a job he did and what a pleasant individual he is but you need to experience his work to believe it. We choose the Platinum Package because it covered everything the vehicle needed. I was most impressed with the deference made by clay prep and the carpet shampoo.. Truck looks show room new with us being very pleased. H.C.”

“The seats, carpets, mats and trunk were all cleaned wonderfully. The technician failed to wipe down the main dashboard (top) and to clean the windows. That was disappointing, seeing that he did such a good job on the rest of the car. He even called the company to say he had done 'extra' due to the stains in the carpets, and I was requested to pay an additional $60.00 for his service. I ended up paying $180.00, but the way that the extra charge was handled was not professionally done. I was told after-the-fact that there would be an extra change, rather than being informed ahead of time, to choose to have it or not. This is the kind of move that causes customers or would-be customers to be wary of groupon deals. They feel that the groupon is a discount, but the company will do what they have to in order to get more money out of the customer.”
