“Besides showing up at 10:45 am there were A lot of areas were not cleaned, like the door jams, in between the front seats and console, door panels, front windshield outside and especially on the inside, dog hairs are still there in the area when the back seat is lifted, the cover/door for the charging port is broken off, a lot of dirty dusty areas that I had to clean my self , if I’m paying that kind of money I shouldn’t have to start cleaning where they lacked, one of the techs seemed very not into doing any kind of strenuous work, very dissatisfied ”

“A few compartments had trash left in them. We had a wallwart charger plugged into the "way back" socket and it is missing. We've searched the car and we cannot find it. We will certainly recommend this service and we will use it again. Next time, I will do a better job cleaning out our garbage first. Our technician was wonderful - thank you for your hard work!”
