“I know there is a time window, but when giving an ETA the technician shouldn’t arrive 1 hour after that. He didn’t clean the trunk, and the tires weren’t as clean as they should have been. Otherwise everything else was good. ”

“ there were a lot of issues. Appointment was between 8-11: am. Tech arrived 1 hour 1/2 late. Got lost, truck broke down. I spent time communicating with the company’s chat line before hand. Making sure they knew I was at a business and that had no water or electric connection. They assured me that that was fine. Tech ‘s machinery did not work. He had to do everything by hand. I didn’t know until car was done 5 hours later. I was given a 3 hour estimate. Following this the poor tech truck broke down again as I was trying to pay. I hand to give him a jump start. Jamie was a nice guy and did what he could by hand. And I was inclined to say he did good because it was by hand. But if he had the tools it would have come out so much better. Again not blaming the tech at all. But company was terrible. Off and on communication. Had to make payment over phone after it was done because method they use “iPad” didn’t work. Honestly would not pay for this again ”
