“I ordered the platinum package hoping my car will be cleaned properly. I spent that much money but was not satisfied. In the first place it was not even that dirty interior and exterior. My trunk was not even cleaned and vacuumed. This will be a review on your part. Please feel free to call me whenever you have time. I’ve called you numerous times but no response until now.”
