“Yeah, getting coffee spilt in my car was the best accident of the year. Elegant Touch was amazing. The car looks so new, I almost didn't want to drive it. It smelled just like the day I took it off the lot, I forgot how beautiful this car was after its abuse this year. Having them come out to our home was fantastic. Next year we are getting both our cars done. I cannot underscore how amazing it is to have had Elegant Touch do, essentially, a "factory reset" on the interior and exterior my car. “The didn’t do hand wax as it says, didn’t shampoo seats or carpet only spot cleaned a few places when I said all the seats and carpet need shampooed. I could have vacuumed better than they did blindfolded and I shouldn’t have to point out what they missed on every little thing, they should spot check their own work. They just figured I was old and blind. I want my money back”
