“The service was great and I’m really happy with how well cleaned the car is looking and feeling!
Post service:
My dash radio buttons aren’t working. It’s staying on one of the 6 radio options and I’m unable to turn on off other buttons. This is a new problem I have not previously experienced. They worked one time when turning car off and on, but not again since that one time.
The ceiling was also not cleaned (I didn’t recognize this during inspection so didn’t have a time to let my tech know).”

“First...Ronald was very nice, worked hard. He was late--very, but I assume he didn't get the info I offered in advance that GPS could mislead him. He was finished and I walked out to inspect. Driver side window was not done--don't know which others might not have been. I noticed that all of the edges and ridges had polish white in them. He claimed I had better eyes than he did. I'm 70 years old. Half hour later I checked. All windows were done. Edges were clean (I did find another with not just polish, but bird poop after he was finished but he had left). Went thru the car needed every carpet reinstalled. All were off a little. Again I am fussy. I think this service was overpriced to begin with--especially when I was not wowed the minute I looked.”
