“To be honest, quite unsatisfied with this service as a whole. Starting with the communication. The first appointment was canceled only minutes before the appointment. Second appointment tech showed up an hour late for a three hour window. I don’t mean to be rude but I don’t believe this is an essential business. As tensions are high with everything going on, it was alarming to be asked if they could use our bathroom upon arrival ( no masks or gloves mind you ). I would expect a much higher level of cleaning for 144 and a 40 dollar tip. Especially considering it was just for the interior. NOT cheap. I should not have had to go back and spot clean all the areas missed. I have pictures to go along with if you would like. ”
