“The car looks and smells great. My only concern is that due to a language barrier, the technician did not do everything I asked and only kept shaking his head saying yes when I asked him if it was done. I asked him to throw away the case of water because it had been in the hot car for a few days and also throw out the black garbage bag in truck BEFORE the trunk was washed. He nodded yes but AFTER car was cleaned, I found the case of water and garbage bag back in the trunk. I had to ask him again to throw it out. My second complaint is that I asked him several times if he discarded the purple gloves in center console & even asked the other female technician & they both assured me the gloves were discarded. I picked up my car this evening & the gloves were still in my center console. I did not want them to be in my car after it was detailed. I feel I paid a LOT of money for this service and if he did not understand my instructions, he should have clarified them so there was no mistake.”

“Compartments were not cleaned, I made sure to empty them before hand but they were not touched. Center consul was not cleaned the best, I had to go over it again afterwards. Vacuuming was okay, still left the carpet a bit dirty on edges of the front seats. ”
