“My interior was clean from the start, I wanted to get my vehicle detailed specifically to remove the light swirls in the paint, so I went with the $339 Titanium package that kinda covered everything. Aside from knocking an emblem of my trunk, the detailer did not use a clay brick on my vehicle. When I noticed him starting to wax the car, I asked about the clay brick and his response was that he already did it, that it was in the liquid wash..., really???? I have had my car clay bricked several times before and not once was it done while washing the vehicle. My vehicle still has the light swirls. I had to remind him to wipe down the engine compartment in which he just spray shined a dirty engine, I would have prefered a wipe down instead of shining my dirty engine. This package is suppose to come with headlight restoration, which was not competed on my car, I guess he forgot.. I gave this service a 2.5 because the interior cleaning was good. The service I got was $150 not $339.”

“I would like to say thank you to the person who completed the detail. My vehicle inside required immediate attention. However, I was very disappointed that I looked underneath my seat, the crust in between my seat and arm rest and found receipts, gym, and a bunch of trash. The company is probably wondering didn't you inspect the vehicle upon completion. Yes, my cousin inspected the vehicle in the rain but did not thoroughly as I did since I am the driver of the vehicle. This is the first time I paid fir a detailing at the cost paid and still ended up cleaning out my own vehicle. I have to ask myself.... what did $119.00 pay for and asked if a tip was being left ($10.00) given. I really think I should have received better service. There is no way I personally called to schedule this appointment twice and pay what I paid and tip... and still ended up cleaning out my car. I don't appreciate that. Again, I was not there when the service was conducted but I checked when it stopped raining. ”
