“The work wasn’t bad. But the tech wanted to put a buffer on my car for the wax. I told him no because I don’t want swirls in my paint. Then he got an attitude. I told him the package is for a hand wax and that’s what I want. He told me he don’t care what the package says. I told him I do and that’s why I paid for it. He did hand wax it after all. He didn’t even come to tell me my car was done. He just left. I will never recommend this place to anyone, also i will tell people to steer clear from using this company. He broke a $50 dollar part and he said he would come back later to fix it originally. Well if I didn’t complain he would have never came back. Also he wanted to argue with me, the paying customer, about putting a buffer on my $100,000 vehicle. I believe I would have been better off just forgetting about it and taking a $165 loss then to have to argue with some “know it all” about wax. I detailed cars for a living before, this is definitely not how it is done!!!”

“My rear passenger door trim was broke off. Said he would come back to glue it back on. I don’t want it glued back on. I want it replaced. I paid for a hand wax. They used spray wax, still spots on my car that hand wax would have taken out. He claims he did the clay bar treatment but I’m pretty sure he didn’t do that either. There was no polish put on my rims. There is still spots on the chrome lip of all my rims. They didn’t try to hide that my trim came off but they said it fell off. I have ran this car through many of car washes and it has never fell off before. All this and I still tipped these people on good faith but didn’t see all the things that were wrong until after they left. It’s like they were in a hurry because they had everything packed up and cleaned up before I paid them, seeming like they just wanted to get paid and leave before I seen the issues. I should be reimbursed for services not performed like they were supposed to and the trim that was broke off!!”
