“Mr. Jose Martinez did a wonderful job and is a consummate professional. I was pleased with the 1 hour advance notice, his introduction including his greeting and a quick review of the step by step items to complete and the timetable at which he completed the task. It was an extremely thorough job. However, I did notice that the front windshield was not clearly wiped in the end, as there was some streaks remaining. I will be sure to call on Mr. Martinez once again for services. TY”
