“It looked nice on outside....but interior not too impressed. I chose this pkg to pay more for shampoo cloth seats ....not complete. It looked better but obvious spots missed. Same spots removed from other seat . Most obvious were the Windows inside glass. Side front and back on drivers side complete ALL other inside glass is wiped but smeared Yes they were dirty but should of changed cloth or usec more cleaner Want pic...i can send....but i dont like to complain normally. But i needed to share this Let me know.....glass basically looks foggy white smeared residue. Thank you”

“Hi, I used your platinum service a couple weeks ago when you came to our company for detailing service. I selected one of the expensive services and left a good tip, but I don't feel like I got a quality service. They did condition the seats and the exterior looks good, but there were many untouched areas. The windows weren’t really cleaned, I had to clean the front window with a napkin before I started driving home as there were big spots on it; the side mirror was left dirty from the cleaning product they used, so took a while for me to clean that; back window is still looking dirty. Also, when I gave them the keys, I asked if I should empty the glove box compartment, the mid console, and door pockets, they said they would take care of them, but none of these areas were touched at all, not even vacuumed; mid console wasn’t even wiped from the product, and the stains remain underneath. I wanted to share so you know the employees are not doing a good job, at least in my case.”

“I originally had an appointment scheduled at 11:30am however, I got in early (9am) and dropped off my keys requesting that my vehicle just get the basic service by the end of the day. My car was the last car finished around 7pm, which is fine, however it was not "clean." Even in the dark I could tell there were still watermarks from rain and dirt on the outside of the car. The dashboard inside had not been wiped and the front mat had not been taken out and shaken/vacuumed. I would definitely not suggest this service to anyone. My car was around for 10 hours, it looked like it had about 10-15 minutes worth of cleaning done to it and it cost me about $40.”
