“Appt was scheduled for 10am. Tech showed up at 6pm. He hurried to get the job done which resulted in a less desirable finish.
Why was he so late? Did your company overbook his appointments?
I'm in the service industry and if I was 6-8hrs late for a mtg my clients would be unhappy. ”

“We scheduled 2 cars. One was very good - 4.5. Other missed some gunk on front bumper (not scratches), which was a bid disappointing.”

“The service people were very nice. My appointment window was 4-6 but no one showed up until 645. There were two cars to detail. The service people were cleaning one of the two cars in the dark so not sure they were able to do as good of a job as they would have if it was light out. Overall they did the best job they could. ”

“Car looks amazing! No issues with that. Seems like communication was a problem. First with moving the vehicle then with the hose but once we got through those issues things were fine. VERY pleased with outcome. Neighbors witnessed the process and have asked who we used so expect some referrals.”
