Results not as I expected

Representative hung up on me when I called with complaints, imperial did not have proper equipment to do an acceptable job. Will not use services again.

Guys showed a respectful and friendly behavior, great job!

the work was good, the smell is still in the vehicle. It is better than it was. the carpet is still a faded dirty looking.... Overall it was okay but not at all worth $140.

They worked really hard on my car and did a great job

Technician was very polite, and professional. I know there were issues with the car from previous owners with heavy smoke film, tech did a great job of removing all of it.

They forgot a couple areas, but overall did a great job.

good service. but didn't lift center console and clean under it. I think they could have done better around the seats. Guy who called was very friendly. the other work was great
