Things that I paid for was not complete.

the shampooing job was great! the wipe down person left towel and rag dust behind and left a couple places with sticky residue.

Sent tech from Maryland, had to pay MD sales tax, VA has no tax on labor. (extra $8)Interior side of windows were smeared, left on windows when I drove vehicle, Should change cleaner used.
