“Service was great. Polish didn't take care of some difficult areas as I had hoped. Guess I need a compound wax and buff. Not your fault. But would never use you again because of threat to charge fee for not being available. Won't go into that scenario but will pass on me honest opinion to car friends and family”

“Wes did an excellent job on the car, working for about 3 hours. He was not however able to clay rub out the industrial residue caused by careless roof repair. This got on my car and has hardened into the finish. Will most likely need to be sanded off and re painted. No reflection on the effort of the technician. He did everything he could, I am convinced of that. He presents himself well, has excellent, new equipment and seems to be dedicated to his work. As a result I gave him a 5 rating. Couldn't justify giving him less because he did try. ”
