My car looks fantastic, my car charger was put on top of my car and lost though. And customer service is a joke. The guy was so rude and then hung up on me. I would directly hire the guys who cleaned it, but wouldn't go through car detailing.com again because of the customer service rep.

Individual arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment! Very respectful and the end state of the service was phenomenal! He did a great job and I will be recommending your service to my friends.

I cannot give a 5 star review. Keep reading…My detailer arrived early. He worked efficiently, and did a good job. The interior looks very good. I do wish the leather of my seats had been addressed a little more thoroughly. Maybe I have unrealistic expectations. Whenever I pay someone a large sum of money to do something I could do, I think the job should have been done at least as well as I would have done it. I see streaks on my back canopy window and windshield, the black plastic parts on the exterior are still a little faded and a bit un-detailed, the chrome of my running boards was not addressed - in my opinion - properly, and my wheels are still dirty. I will have to clean the wheels myself. I wish I could post follow-up pictures.
