The technicians were very professional and polite and fun! The car looks and smells very good!

Overall a better job then most places. There was a lot of water residue left over especially on the trunk and around sun roof. You can see the swirl marks of the wax on one side of the car almost like it wasn't finished. I wouldn't really consider this a detail. Just a thorough cleaning. Greg was very pleasant and professional. That's what took my rating from a 3 to a 4. Also the convenience of the transaction. I would recommend this service to my not so picky colleagues.

Detail is great. The guys did fine work. The fact that your employee had to write down the credit card number on a piece of paper is a security issue and therefore not great. I selected to pay by credit card when I made the appointment, not knowing that this would be an issue. Changing my credit card number is not a pleasant task, but now I need to do just that.
