I failed to get their names, but the young man and young lady who were the technicians that detailed my car just did an amazing job! It is nothing short of miraculous that they.could start with the terrible mess my car was in and transformed it to looking like it did the day they rolled it brand new off the showroom floor for me. They got all the dog hair out, stains on visors and head cloth out and made every single square inch of my Subaru Outback sparkle and shine! My car looked amazing. I received many updates leading up to my appointment...im giving it a 4 only because the estimated arrival time was 45min off but still within the blocked time. I had to call to see where they were. Also, I never knew when they were finish so that I could lock my doors. They finished and just left my car unsecured...a courtesy call/text would have made this experience perfect.

The guys, Chris and Don were friendly and accommodating, but I had to ask for several of the promised service items. You should not delineate what my fee pays if you’re not planning to deliver them.
