“The interior looks great.... Only negative is there's a white stained soap residue or something on the front floor pads ..They dried stiff as opposed to the soft carpet fibers they once were. Secondly, I would recommend staff customer service training, starting with introducing themselves with their name ... Calling prior to coming as stated in e-mail, text and homepage and giving the customer an idea of how long the service will take. To be honest it's a bit scary when someone comes to your home, doesn't introduce themselves, aren't in a professional uniform and arrive in an unmarked van with front end damage. I have to be honest. I was glad my husband was home because I felt scared. I would take a look at these concerns I have shared because I don't plan on using this service again. ”
