Received email and text updates for estimated arrival and arrival. Service tech was very flexible. I was working from home in meetings and couldn't be disturbed so asked him to text me and not knock if he needed me and he was happy to do so. Had me inspect before he left and spot cleaned a couple things at my request. Awesome service!
