Technician did a great job. However appointment started one hour later than the original window. Also, I was unable to use a 10% coupon that had been emailed to me prior to the service.

The technician was friendly and prompt. He showed up when he said he would. The text alerts were reflective of this as well. Communication with the technician was difficult because he spoke almost no English. We communicated through the very broken Spanish that we both knew. The website said that water access wasn’t necessary, but communication with the technician was challenging and it seemed that he needed access. Overall, I thought he did great.
