“The technician was friendly and prompt. He showed up when he said he would. The text alerts were reflective of this as well. Communication with the technician was difficult because he spoke almost no English. We communicated through the very broken Spanish that we both knew. The website said that water access wasn’t necessary, but communication with the technician was challenging and it seemed that he needed access. Overall, I thought he did great. ”

“I bought a used Highlander and it was in rough shape! He wasn’t able to get all the stains completely out but you can barely see them. All my hard surfaces look brand new. It smells amazing. I am so excited and shocked with how well my 2004 Highlander looks!! ”
