“The gentlemen that came out and cleaned our car were great and the reason why I gave a 4 out of 5. I would’ve given the service a 5 but I can’t due to their manager/boss. Elvis is a horrible micromanager and literally harasses his staff and the clients. The guys were closing us out when they were done with the car so they needed some of my information so i typed it into the phone for them. In the span of me texting my phone number and email, Elvis blew up his phone with texts and calls. Then once the invoice was emailed to me I received a phone call from Elvis, a personal text from Elvis and then a second phone call from the guys who serviced our car on Elvis’s directive to call to push payment. Absolutely unacceptable. Elvis needs to relax and let his guys do their job. They were great but were pressed for time due to the incessant calling and texting of their boss so as a result I will not be utilizing this service again. Please make sure our tip goes to the two guys that were great.”
